- Notify the user who posted the material that a complaint was received.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the material removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email.

AWNow! reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
